All items will be hand-picked by our California inventory team and shipped within two business days.
Timing
Most items will ship via UPS Ground or USPS mail. Estimated shipping timing is shown above based on your location.
Returns
Return and Exchange Policy: You can return your item(s) for a refund to the original method of payment. We allow for a 21 day return policy which is effective starting on the delivery date of your order. All items must be in new condition and must be unworn and unwashed in order to be accepted. We have the right to refuse the return if the items seem worn, washed, dried, etc. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Return Fee: All returns are subject to an $8.00 return fee which will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a shipping label to the return the item(s). Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Timing: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Once processed, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your account.
